From the oceanfront units, you can relax on your private lanai and enjoy Maui's famous humpback whales in season and its magical sunsets year round. All units have been decorated for your pleasure and supplied for your comfort. Each property has its own tropical elegance and amenities to make your vacation truly memorable. Mangos grow in abundance around our Maui vacation properties. When in season these are a local Maui treat. Try freezing them after slicing and your kids will have a healthy refreshing snack during your Maui beach vacation! Stay in one of our Maui vacation rental units.The rates quoted do not include state and local taxes which total 13.42%.

A cleaning charge of $150 will be added for the Mahana two bedroom for four guests plus $25 per additional guest, $120 for the Paki Maui one bedroom and the Napili Shores studio for two guests plus $15 per additional guest, $120 for the Mahana studio, and $100 for the Papakea studio.

For each week or partial week, a deposit of $750 is required to reserve your dates for the Mahana 1009, $500 for Paki Maui 408, Napili Shores A103 and Mahana 412 and $300 for Papakea C107.

Paki Maui charges $8 per night for parking.

There is a $50/week charge to use the a/c in Papakea except during summer high season. Please see the Policies page. Also, a premium may be added for holidays.

Full payment is due 90 days prior to check-in.

Charges for telephone calls vary between properties. As these charges can be considerable, it is advised to use a cell phone.
