Ever since Mr. Paki sold his 
waterfront paradise acreage to the developer and Paki Maui was born, this beautiful property continued to be his personal home throughout his life. He 
continued to love the waving coconut palms and the surf breaking against the beach as he had when this property was a single family estate. His desire to provide fabulous vacations for people endures as you will relish in the exquisitely manicured tropical gardens, newly renovated pool and barbeque area, 
and expansive lawn for sunbathing and relaxing, absolute oceanfront, yet all within easy walking distance to a tremendous choice of local 
shops.
After enjoying a leisurely breakfast on your lanai as you watch the humpback whales play in season right in front of you, you may want to sit in Paki Maui's own tropical garden, four stories of lush palms and vegetation of every variety. From a stone bench, you can sit for hours and let the multi-colored koi entertain you as they literally jump out of the water and chase each other around the pond. My husband is a koi aficionados and he says he has never seen koi act like they are at Sea World! Then you may want to take a barefoot stroll to the left of Paki Maui, up Kaanapali Beach. You can walk all the way to Black Rock, admiring the interesting properties on the left and enjoying the surfers and windsailers in the ocean. If 
you slip your credit card in your pocket, you can stop at any number of oceanfront cafes for a leisurely 
meal. Our favorite is Castaways - their Kula Cinnamon Raisin French Toast is amazing.
A short drive away, you will find all of the entertainment you can imagine – from tennis and golf to souvenir shopping in the historic whaling town of Lahaina. For upscale shopping, you will want to go to the Whaler’s Village.
Be sure to return to your Paki Maui home by late afternoon to join your neighbors on the oceanfront lawn for the shared enjoyment of the incomparable Maui sunset. If you don't feel like cooking, walk across the street to the Okazuya Deli for an incredible variety of meals from fish to steak to Italian to stir-fry. Eat it on your own secluded lanai for a romantic moment as the sun sets on the most beautiful place in the world.
