- Check-in is 3 pm. Check-out is 11 am.
- Please refer repair or maintenance problems inside the unit to our housekeeper, Loretta Elam, at (808) 268-1272 (cell) or (808) 669-1220 (home). Paki Maui is responsible for anything outside the unit.
- We suggest that you keep all open foods in the fridge so as not to encourage ants to visit. Please take your trash out each day. Use your plastic shopping bags. There is a trash shute down the hall on your right.
- There is an entertainment center in the room, so feel free to bring your music and movies. There is also a movie rental store just down the street.
- There are extra beach towels for your use in the closet. Since you are the guest of a private owner and not Resort Quest, the Front Desk will not provide pool towels or provide daily maid service. There is a coin-operated washer/dryer on your floor.
- The main telephone number for Paki Maui is (808) 669-8235. The direct line to your room is (808) 665-0153. Local and 800 calls are free but you will have to use a calling card for long distance calls.
- The Paki Maui Front Desk is open daily from 7 am until 11 pm. If you are going to be checking in after 11 pm, please let me know ahead of time so that I can alert the Front Desk. They have set up a great system for late arrivals. When you arrive at Paki Maui, go down the hall of the lobby, turn right and you will see a telephone on the wall of the office. Pick it up and it will call Papakea, a neighboring Resort Quest property. The Papakea Front Desk will give you the code to the lock-box which is right next to the telephone and which contains the key to the unit.
- Upon check-out, the Front Desk will charge you $4/night for parking.
- Please do us the favor of signing our guestbook.
- Prime dates for next year begin filling quickly and we would love you to return to 408 for another stay. Please email us as soon as you know you have plans for a return visit.
