- Check-in is 3 pm. Check-out is 11 am.
- Please refer repair or maintenance problems inside the unit to our housekeeper, Pat Torres, at (808) 242-9444 or (808) 385-8818. Napili Shores is responsible for anything outside the unit.
- We suggest that you keep all open foods in the fridge so as not to encourage ants to visit.
- Please take your trash out each day. Use your plastic shopping bags. There is a big dumpster out in the parking lot.
- There are extra beach towels for your use in the bathroom and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Since you are the guests of a private owner and not Outrigger, the Front Desk will not provide pool towels or daily maid service.
- There are a few things to know about handling the wall bed. When you begin to lower it, pull the bottom of the headboard forward to lock it into place. Then rotate the footrest all the way down. Before you raise the bed, rotate the footrest back up.
- The main telephone number for Napili Shores is (808) 669-8061, but your friends and relatives can reach you directly by calling (808) 442-3603. There is no charge for local or 800 calls from the room, but long distance calls are expensive so you will probably want to use a cell phone or calling card. Reception is not great for cell phones. Walk up to the knoll beyond the shuffleboard court for the best reception.
- The fancy new plasma HDTV is pretty complicated, but you will find instructions in the drawer. Feel free to bring your own DVDs and CDs.
- The Front Desk will be expecting you. You are in unit A 103. The Front Desk will ask for your license plate number and will imprint your credit card for incidental charges. They will charge you $30 for their check-in service and providing you with keys.
- Please do us the favor of signing our guestbook.
- Prime dates for next year begin filling quickly and we would love you to return
to A 103 for another stay. Please mail us as soon as you know you have plans
for a return visit. Or you may want to stay in one of our other luxurious units!
