We had a fabulous stay in 412 – very beautiful unit with a spectacular view. Will recommend this lovely unit to others who may visit the island. The Road to Hana was gorgeous and well worth a day in the car or tour van, as was a helicopter tour. Our favorite restaurant was Canoes. The food was great, not overpriced (as was Longhi’s) and the ocean view and atmosphere was great. Service was a bit slow, but what’s the hurry, right? Thank you again! Mahalo!

We had a beautiful week! The views from 412 were amazing – after a while we lost count of all the whales cruising by. The “Sharing Maui” guide was so handy, we never would have thought to try Okazuya Deli or Java Jazz – both delicious finds! We recommend the Maui Eco tour to La Perous Bay – the snorkeling was breathtaking and kayaking great. We’re already looking forward to returning.

We had a wonderful stay and loved our accommodations! The Maui Revealed travel guide on the shelf really came in handy, especially on the road to Hana. The best discovery was Blue Pool (see page 92). Our best restaurant experience was Kimo’s – great food and ambiance at a good price (for Maui). We had a wonderful ten days! Mahalo!

What a lovely, wonderful time we have had in your beautiful unit. The setting and view are unmatched anywhere on the islands. Thank you for letting us enjoy the Mahana. We saw dolphins several times from our lanai and went snorkeling with turtles every day out front. Can’t wait to return and # 412 will be Numero Uno on our recommended stay list for others. After spending two weeks in 412, we have forgotten normal life. We wish that we could stay longer. The room was spectacular. We plan to return next year. Thank you so much for assembling “Sharing Maui.” It was especially helpful for driving and our trip to Hana. We agree – go all the way around the isle. The first day of our trip even included the old road above Kapalua to the Kahului Airport. If we had to pick favorites, they would be: 1) Drive to Hana 2) Helicopter tour of Molokai and 3) Sailing to Lanai on the Trilogy with dolphin watching after arriving. Our two favorite eating places were Java Jazz and Café Savage in Lahaina. We thought Longhi’s in Lahaina and Mama’s Fish House in Paia were overpriced. Thanks for making this a very memorable trip. We had such a wonderful stay here in room 412. The view speaks for itself and the room is extremely comfortable. This has been the most relaxing week of our lives. We would highly recommend the Feast of Lele and Pacific O Restaurant. Hint: Don’t take the sun lightly. We can’t wait to come back. Mahalo!

We don’t want to go home! We had the best “2nd honeymoon” we could have had. The scuba diving here was a treat! Maui Divers was wonderful if anyone wants to have a great diving experience. I viewed unit 412 on your website and was hopeful. I spoke to you on the phone last March concerning unit 412 and was encouraged that it could possibly be the perfect place to return to each year. But until I arrived, I had no idea this was truly “the Perfect Place” I was searching for! Unit 412 is a gem! Absolutely no complaints. Pacific Whale Foundations trip to Molokini and Lanai is always one of our favorite activities. We came to relax and enjoy Maui, and with your help and unit 412, we truly have enjoyed this trip, the best out of the four vacations to Maui! Mahalo.

Another wonderful 11 days in Maui. The perfect place for our first anniversary! The unit was fantastic and we’ve never seen as many whales as we have this trip. Makena Beach was a favorite as always, and we highly recommend the all day trip to Lanai with the Trilogy Group. Anyone considering a charter fishing trip has to call “Extreme Sport Fishing” and ask for Captain Fuzzy. We boarded almost 400 pounds of tuna and a huge Mahi Mahi! Thanks again and we’ll be back soon!

Of our 6 trips to Maui, this condo was the best! Love the décor and it was as nice, clean and comfortable as my own home. Great amenities! Best whale watch on Sunday. We always go with Maui Adventure Cruises (661-5550). Best meal – Hula Grill. It’s one of our favorites. Mahalo.

Maui is beautiful and our stay has been incredible! For our first trip to Hawai, it has convinced us that it won’t be our last. The room and sunset views are beautifully breathtaking. The Maui Princess dinner cruise was perfect. Tropical Plantation Tram was quite an experience and the snorkeling has been our favorite part! Thank you to everyone who has made our stay, our honeymoon, so wonderful. Maui has been a great start to our many years of marriage. Mahalo.

Loved unit 412. Convenient and close to everything. Spectacular sunsets. Great dinners at Hecocks and Bubba Gumps in Lahaina, and a great meal and atmosphere at The Rusty Harpoon in Kaanapali’s Whaler’s Village. Loved Maui!

We enjoyed our stay here in unit 412. This was my first time to Maui and my husband’s second time – our belated honeymoon. We enjoyed a luau at the Hyatt, snorkeled at Honolua Bay and Black Rock (which was colorful!) We hung out at Napili Bay – big waves J and we went to Wailea Beach. We also drove around the whole West Maui. We saw the Nakalele Blowhole, Mushroom Rock and the Olivine Pools. The narrow winding, one lane road up the mountain was great. Many great views of the ocean and Maui. We enjoyed the Pizza Paradiso and the Hula Grill. It was great waking up to the ocean waves crashing and the view from here. A very eventful, but relaxing vacation so far. We are off to our next place for a few more days, then back to Ohio. A great room and a great place. Thank you!

Traveling to various points of the world, we found unit 412 the cleanest, most relaxing of all. The sunsets are great and the view of Molokai and Lanai islands are unforgettable. The town of Lahaina with its shops and restaurants remind us of Ocean City, Maryland. Waking up to the sounds of the surf crashing, makes one want to remain in bed just taking it easy. We have spent over a week here in Maui and it’s been the icing on the cake spending our last couple days here in unit 412. What a wonderful way to spend our last days of our HONEYMOON! We specially like the interior design of this place. Hearing the beautiful sounds of the ocean and having so much privacy with the location of the hotel completely met our expectations and even more! Not too big . . . not too small . . . just right unit 412 is! All the comforts of home – mini-sized! We recommended this unit to our church to use again next year as they will be here to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles again in 2006 (Leviticus 23:34) Thank you for sharing your beautiful island and this lovely little nest we have called home for the past ten days. Our 25th Anniversary here before going to Kona was and always will be worth the stop. We’ve stayed at the Mahana, this being our 4th time. Room 412 is the best we’ve ever stayed in at the Mahana and my husband said the new HDTV was a great feature – but we never turned it on. Thanks for everything and hope we will return soon. We had a great time over 6 nights – too bad we have to return back home. We loved the snorkeling, Lanai and Molokini, and turtle arches. Food was good at Pizza Paradiso and Aloha Mixed Plate (next to Old Lahaina Luau – near Lahaina Cannery Mall).

Maui never looked so good. I could live and die on this lanai! Hotels nearby have nothing compared to the price, the view, the amenities, the cool TV. The wicker table is beautiful. Sikuka (at the front desk) works graveyards like me and is always happy and beautiful. Have fun. Aloha.

A trip of a lifetime. We saved long and hard to come to Hawaii. Room 412 was excellent. Many times we opted to stay here and eat on the balcony. We leave for Canada tonight and having to shovel snow from our driveway. That’s not too bad – we will think of Maui. Mahalo and Aloha.

Back to Maui and unit 412 at The Mahana . . . just doesn’t get any better than this. This trip we drove all the way around both ends of the island NOT in the same day. Wow! I have driven to Hana 5 times, but the scenic views of the ocean – the back side of Haleakala – Molokini – view of the valley below – was breathtaking. Took awhile – lots of video and pictures. Loved Maui as always – have never been disappointed. 14 days is never enough!
